CHIPOTLE SEASONING WITH AVOCADO FOR SALAD
salad dressings Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of coriander, chopped
1 large avocado, past
4 tablespoons of lime juice
½ teaspoon of BareOrganics Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon BareOrganics Super Marine herbs powder
115g of Greek yogurt
1 chipotle pepper moistened in adobo, passed
Preparation:
Pass the avocado and chili in a blender or food processor until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Pour the mixture and all the other ingredients into a medium-sized bowl.
Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.
Add to your favorite salads. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

2 tablespoons of fresh sage, in small pieces
½ large avocado, past
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of basil, chopped
115g Greek yogurt

60ml of extra virgin olive oil
60ml of apple vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of BareOrganics Barley Grass powder
1 teaspoon of tahini
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well in a small bowl. Serve with salads or as a sauce.

salad dressings Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of BareOrganics turmeric root powder
1 (2.5cm) piece of fresh, peeled and chopped ginger
1 clove of garlic, in pieces
80ml of fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons of natural almond butter
1 tablespoon of agave nectar
¼ teaspoon of pepper
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients with 3 tablespoons of water in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is obtained, for about 3 minutes.
Taste and add pepper or lemon to taste.
